Withdrawal from the contract

You can return goods bought in our shop without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving them. Fill in the form and confirm the withdrawal – we email you an acknowledgement right away.

You will find it in the order confirmation email, e.g. ORD-260925-AB12CD34.

If you are not returning the whole order, tell us which products. You can also add a bank account (IBAN) for the refund.

Goods made to measure to the consumer's specification cannot be returned by withdrawing without giving a reason.

You can also withdraw by email to info@domitvori.sk or by letter to our address.
