What data, for what purpose, on what basis

Handling your order - name, address, email, phone, for company purchases the company IDs, and the order contents. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Without this data we cannot handle the order.
Accounting and tax - data on invoices. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), kept for 10 years under the Accounting Act.
Complaints and withdrawals - the data in the complaint or withdrawal and the correspondence. Legal basis: legal obligation and performance of a contract; kept for the warranty period and 3 years after it.
Legal claims - records of the order including when you agreed to the terms. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), at most 4 years after the contract is fulfilled.
Visitor analytics - only with your consent in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Recipients

We share data only as far as each purpose requires: with the carrier (Slovenská pošta, a. s.) to deliver the parcel, with our hosting and email provider, who processes it on our behalf, and with our external accountant. For company purchases we look up the company in public registers (RPO, ARES) through subjekt.sk, sending it only the company name or ID you entered. We do not transfer data outside the EU and do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest and to withdraw consent at any time. Send requests to info@domitvori.sk; we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava (www.dataprotection.gov.sk).
